By combining personal training and training under the supervision of a weight loss specialist, we have created an affordable program where you don’t have to coordinate your daily commitments with the free appointments of a personal trainer to achieve the results you want.
In our weight loss program, you get a personal trainer who works with you one-on-one or twice a week, while you work under the supervision of a weight loss specialist three times a week. What can you expect from the Titan fitness program for weight loss?
Introductory meeting with a weight loss specialist
A weight loss specialist will welcome you and introduce you to the contents of the Titan fitness studio for personal training. They will then listen carefully to your wishes and ask additional questions to better understand your needs and possibilities and thus lay a healthy foundation for your path to achieving your fitness goals. Nakon toga će vas upoznati sa svim onim što vas očekuje i odgovoriti na sva vasa pitanja.
Body composition assessment and functional test
In a safe and painless way, we use the BIA method and calipers to assess body composition to find out the ratio of muscle to fat tissue and water content in the body.
We then use the FMS test, which is also safe and painless, to determine how well you move and whether you have pain or certain movement restrictions, which are the most common causes of pain in the spine and joints.
Metabolic test with the PNOE device by analyzing your breathing
The metabolic test is both the most important check and the most accurate method of finding out what condition your body is in. With this test we get data about your metabolism, your biological age, an analysis of your cellular health and a VO2max analysis that shows us how your lungs and heart are working.
In other words, by examining the metabolism with the help of the PNOE device, we obtain a report that indicates how many times a week, what type of training and at what intensity is recommended to achieve the desired results. In addition to training guidelines, the report also contains recommendations on nutrition, which plays an important role in weight loss.
The metabolic test is completely safe and takes a total of 20 minutes.
Results analysis and creation of a personalized training plan
Once the tests are completed, we will explain to you in simple and understandable language what the results obtained mean, answer all your questions, take suggestions into account and then create a personalized training plan that will be presented to you before the first training session with a personal trainer.
Work with a personal trainer under the supervision of a weight loss specialist
We will assign you a personal trainer who, according to the training plan presented, will work twice a week for 60 minutes per training session on targeted exercises to strengthen the muscles of the entire body, which play an important role in energy consumption and achieving the desired results.
In addition to these two training sessions, you will complete another targeted cardio training session in our studio under the supervision of a trainer and one or two other cardio training sessions that you can do in our studio or at home and that we will provide you with a My Zone watch that you will carry with you and that will help you to keep the training intensity within the desired limits.
Monitoring the results achieved and adjusting the training program
To ensure that we are on the right track, we repeat the body composition measurement and functional test after 8 weeks, analyze the results obtained and compare them with the goals set and, if necessary, make additional adjustments to the training plan to maintain the right course and achieve the desired result at the end of the program.
Access to the application for nutrition monitoring and control
To make it easier for our customers to monitor and control their diet, we have developed an application that you can access during the weight loss program. It will be your ally and advisor and will give us a better insight into your eating habits. This will help us to correct any mistakes and thus ensure additional success.
