Regardless of whether you prefer to train individually or in a group, we can offer you personal training that is carried out entirely under the supervision of a personal trainer with a previously created individual training plan. Each personal training program includes a wide range of exercises that target key muscle groups, making the workout interesting and helping us to further personalize it if you can’t do some of the exercises or just don’t like them. When you come to Titan fitnes for the first time, we listen carefully to your needs and ask additional questions to better understand your needs and options to set a healthy foundation for your path to achieve your fitness goals. Once we have defined the goals, the next step is diagnostics. Using the BIA method and calipers, we carry out a safe and pain-free body composition assessment to determine the ratio of muscle to fat tissue and the water content in the body.

We then use the FMS test, which is also safe and painless, to determine how well you move and whether you have pain or certain movement restrictions, which are the most common causes of pain in the spine and joints.

Once the test is completed, we will explain to you in simple and clear terms what the results mean, answer all your questions, take suggestions into account and then create a personalized training plan that will be presented to you before the first training session with a personal trainer.

We will assign you a personal trainer who will work with you three to four times a week for 60 minutes per training session, according to the training plan provided, to achieve the desired results.

To ensure that we are on the right track, we repeat the body composition measurement and functional test after 8 weeks, analyze the results, compare them with the goals set and, if necessary, adjust the training plan to maintain the right course and achieve the desired result.

To make it easier for our clients to monitor and control their diet, we have developed an application that you will have access to during the training program. It will be your ally and advisor and will give us a better insight into your eating habits, helping us to correct any mistakes and further ensuring success.
