Whether you prefer to train individually or in a group, the Titan fitnes muscle hypertrophy training program is conducted entirely under the supervision of a personal trainer. It includes a wide range of exercises that work all muscle groups, which makes the workout interesting and helps us customize it to your fitness level.

What can you expect from the Titan fitnes training program for muscle hypertrophy?

A muscle hypertrophy program specialist welcomes you and introduces you to the contents of the Titan fitnes studio for personal training. They will then listen carefully to your requests and ask additional questions to better understand your needs and capabilities, creating a healthy foundation for your journey to achieving your fitness goals. They then introduce you to everything you can expect and answer all your questions.  

In a safe and painless way, we use the BIA method and calipers to carry out a body composition assessment to find out the ratio of muscle to fat tissue and the water content in the body.

We then use the FMS test, which is also safe and painless, to determine how well you move and whether you have pain or certain movement restrictions, which are the most common causes of pain in the spine and joints.

Once the test is completed, we will explain to you in simple and clear terms what the results mean, answer all your questions, take suggestions into account and then create a personalized training plan that will be presented to you before the first training session with a personal trainer.

We will assign you a personal trainer who will work with you three to four times a week for 60 minutes per training session, according to the training plan provided, to achieve the desired results.

To ensure that we are on the right track, we repeat the body composition measurement and functional test after 8 weeks, analyze the results, compare them with the goals set and, if necessary, adjust the training plan to maintain the right course and achieve the desired result.

Based on 15 years of experience working with over 500 people who we have helped to live a healthier life, we have written a healthy living guide that you will receive at the beginning of the program and in which you will find many useful tips to help you improve your quality of life and a more beautiful body feeling inside and out.
