What to expect from the Titan fitnes body shaping and muscle building training program?

A specialist in body shaping and muscle toning programs will welcome you and introduce you to the facilities at Titan Fitness Studio for personal training. After that, they will carefully listen to your wishes and ask additional questions to better understand your needs and capabilities, thereby laying a healthy foundation for your journey towards achieving your fitness goals. Following this, they will explain what to expect and answer any questions you may have.  

In a safe and painless way, we use the BIA method and calipers to carry out a body composition assessment to find out the ratio of muscle to fat tissue and the water content in the body.

We then use the FMS test, which is also safe and painless, to determine how well you move and whether you have pain or certain movement restrictions, which are the most common causes of pain in the spine and joints.

Once the test is completed, we will explain to you in simple and clear terms what the results mean, answer all your questions, take suggestions into account and then create a personalized training plan that will be presented to you before the first training session with a personal trainer.

We will assign you a personal trainer who will work with you three to four times a week for 60 minutes per training session, according to the training plan provided, to achieve the desired results.

To ensure that we are on the right track, we repeat the body composition measurement and functional test after 8 weeks, analyze the results, compare them with the goals set and, if necessary, adjust the training plan to maintain the right course and achieve the desired result.

To make it easier for our clients to monitor and control their diet, we have developed an application that you will have access to during the training program. It will be your ally and advisor and will give us a better insight into your eating habits, helping us to correct any mistakes and further ensuring success.

Based on 15 years of experience working with over 500 people who we have helped to lose weight and live healthier lives, we have written a healthy living and weight loss guide that you will receive at the beginning of the program and in which you will find many useful tips to help you improve your quality of life and feel more beautiful on the inside and out.
